I contacted Crossways Cars in Erith regarding a car advertised on Autotrader’s website. I spoke to the owner who described the car in detail, and also sent additional photographs of a few blemishes so that we wouldn’t travel over 200 miles to see the car – and come away disappointed. We travelled down to the area on Thursday evening 6th April, and arrived at the dealer’s premises at 9 am on the Friday. We had a long chat with the owner, took the car for a good test drive, and he arranged to have a new MOT on the car, have a new key cut and programmed, and the car valeted while we went into Bexley Heath for a wander – and a bite to eat. We arrived back at the agreed time to pay for and collect the car, which was sparkling – and filled up with fuel!! We must commend Crossways Cars on the quality of their stock, and thank the owner for a very pleasant morning and a superb deal. The little purple FIAT 500 we bought got us back to Wales in comfort – and economically!! Thanks!

Frankie and Sarah were a delight to work with. Purchased car from Crossways Cars end of January for my son. Frankie was very occommading and agreed to stay open 30 minutes later on a saturday so I could get over from Essex to look at vehicle. He left us alone to look over car rather than being a pushy salesman. Test drive went well, done the deal and picked up the car Monday afternoon after car having full valet. Frankie at Crossways Cars has been a godsend! When my previous car developed faults and i decided to sell it, not only did he find me a buyer in 24 hours but he then talked me through the cars he had in stock and suggested the best motor for my needs. I have to say I was a little dubious with his choice (a white Fiesta ST). However, he loaned me the car for two days and told me to have fun. Needless to say i fell in love with it and the deal was done. For friendliness and helpfulness I give Crossways 10 out of 10….
